We offer improved cancellation conditions for the winter season 2022/2023:
- Up to 3 weeks before arrival: cancel free of charge
- 3 weeks to 1 week before arrival: 50 % cancellation fee
- 1 week or less before arrival: 90 % cancellation fee
- Money-back guarantee: In the event of a border or hotel closure or a lockdown
without travel options, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice.
Also for the summer season 2022 we can offer you special cancellation conditions.

Further information:
1. We recommend to take out travel insurance with the Europäische Reiseversicherung.
In addition to the usual travel insurance benefits, there is extended cover for Corona: In the event of a suspected or confirmed case of Covid-19 in your family, the insurance will cover the costs incurred if you are unable to travel. Details can be found here.

2. In the event of an official entry and exit bans for your place of residence, your residential area or for our place of residence/our area, there is no cover with the insurance. In such a case, however, we will allow you to cancel at any time free of charge.
3. We are a partner of the SAFE SERVICE initiative. Safe Service is a digital support for tourism businesses and gives a clear and always up-to-date overview of the safety rules. This means we are always up to date and happy to help you.
